Bill chastises Kamala Harris for neglecting to address her grieving supporters Tuesday night.

TRANSCRIPT:

O'REILLY: Now, it took until the early morning for things to be defined. And Donald Trump came out in Palm Beach and said this. 

"Nothing will stop me from keeping my word to you, the people. We will make America safer, strong, prosperous, powerful and free again. And I'm asking every citizen all across our land to join me in this noble and righteous endeavor. That's what it is. It's time to put the divisions of the past four years behind us."

Okay. Conciliatory standard issue. Kamala Harris. Very interesting. Was in Washington, D.C., and she did not speak to her supporters last night. Huge mistake. Huge because you come out and you say, Look, it's not over yet. I really thank you for being here. And she didn't do it. She did call Donald Trump shortly after noon today, congratulating him on his victory standard issue. And she will make a public statement today. Well, I'll run on a little bit of it tomorrow. But I was shocked that the vice president didn't come out last night. Just because those people were there all day. And to send them home without anything?
